Every single piece is made to order by me, and orders are fulfilled in roughly 2-3 weeks on average, but please allow up to 28 days during demanding periods.

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and International orders are sent with DHL Express so you shouldn't be waiting too long after your order has been sent. You will be provided with tracking information.

If you need an order received by a specific date or occassion, please get in contact and I can confirm directly whether I can accommodate this depending on the demand at that time. I always try to make it work!

Please take a look at the poésie sizing guide, there is a measurement template if you are unsure on how/where to take measurements. Each design requires different measurements, you have this information under 'sizing' for each product. You provide your measurements in the note tab at checkout, or e-mail them to info@poesiebyjulie.com. 

I always recommend providing your own measurements for a perfect fit, or at least comparing your measurements to my sizing guide to ensure ordering correctly.

Absolutely, as long as it's a poésie in-stock fabric. It's always worth getting in contact with me so I can verify that the fabric you are after will be appropriate for the style. You can note this request in the note tab at checkout.

If you are after a specific colour that I don't have in stock, there is an option for me to source your dream fabric. There is a fee of £50 for this.

As every piece is made to order by me, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds. Each piece is made only once the order is received, a lot of time and care is spent in making a Poésie by Julie design, so please ensure you order with complete certainty! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do get in contact to discuss alterations (charged with an additional cost), or there may be the possibility for an exchange. 

Minor design changes such as requesting a different length of skirt, changing a fluted sleeve to a short puff etc are welcome. Please get in touch so I can confirm what you are after is possible! I can discuss this over e-mail or on Instagram DM.

Most poésie creations are machine washable. You can find washcare information for each product online under 'washcare'.

There are always washcare labels sewn in to each Poésie by Julie design.

I do recommend hand washing when possible, as handwashing clothes increases the longevity of textiles by preserving fibres and detailing, in a way that washing machines can't. Please do not bleach or tumble dry your Poésie pieces. 

Yes! Shipping is available to most countries with DHL Express. There is free shipping available for orders over £250.

Yes. Non-UK orders are subject to custom charges/tax. This is usually a VAT (Value Added Tax) at about 15-30% of your order total depending on your countries customs.

It is charged separately to Poésie by Julie by DHL Express, who contact you with the details once the order has been despatched. The prices for non-UK customers are shown without tax on the e-shop

I do take on bespoke commissions depending on the request. I've worked on bespoke designs such as bridalwear, or a poésie creation that's a bit more unique.

No. Unless your measurement requires to add a substantial amount of length to a garment, such as requesting a mini design as a midi.. The charge will be to cover the cost of the extra fabric required to sew the order.
