Thank you for supporting Poésie by Julie! As Poésie by Julie sells on a ‘Made to Order’ model, I cannot offer a return/refund if you change your mind or if the item does not fit. Each piece is carefully handmade once the order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing an order and check our sizing chart to ensure you have the right size/fit. If unsure please e-mail info@poesiebyjulie.com

 

Should you place an order and need to cancel please e-mail info@poesiebyjulie.com and it may be possible to cancel your order if the piece has not been made yet. If you have paid for your order and used PayPal and wish to cancel, we will refund you the amount minus the PayPal fee’s.

 

Alterations and size exchanges may be made within 3 days after you have received your garment. Please note that an additional fee of 25% may be added for a remaking of an item. Exchanges must be posted back to Poésie by Julie using a tracked and signed for service paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges of worn items are not accepted.
