As each piece is made to order by me, the turnaround time is on average 2-3 weeks, although I do advise on allowing up to 28 days during demanding periods. Bespoke orders require longer to fulfill. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and international orders are sent with DHL Express so you shouldn't be waiting too long after your order has been despatched. You will be provided with tracking information.

Yes! I accept custom requests as long as it's for existing styles with slight changes such as requesting a style in another fabric in the collection / shortening or lengthening etc. There is no excess charge for customisation unless the request involves a substantial amount of more work and/or fabric.

I sometimes take on bespoke requests but this is a different service where I discuss one-to-one with a client what they are after and provide a quote for the bespoke design.

I always recommend providing your own measurements for a more precise fit. Please take a look at the poésie sizing guide to ensure you are ordering correctly. Each product page comes with the information under 'sizing' for which measurements are required, and you can provide these in the note tab at checkout, or e-mail them to info@poesiebyjulie.com.

You can find washcare information for each Poésie by Julie design on the product pages, most of these are machine washable. However, I do recommend hand washing when possible, as handwashing clothes increases the longevity of textiles by preserving fibres and detailing, in a way that washing machines can't. Please do not bleach or tumble dry your Poésie pieces.
